Inspired by Kopi Luwak, we post-ferment green coffee beans in our facility for 24 to 96 hours. Every variable that influences flavor is precisely controlled. Through molecular infusion using real fruits, flowers, and herbs, we embed complex, layered flavors directly into the bean, resulting in a cup that is fundamentally richer and more authentic than any flavor-added alternative.
